Als GL Accountant bij Hansea ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en nauwkeurige grootboekadministratie binnen onze organisatie.

Je zorgt voor een vlotte maand- en jaarafsluiting, ondersteunt bij audits en fiscale verplichtingen, en werkt actief mee aan het stroomlijnen en verbeteren van financiële processen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen binnen de groep.

  • Je verzorgt de maand- en jaarafsluiting voor een aantal bedrijven binnen onze groep.
  • Je boekt correct op de GL-rekeningen en zorgt voor een accurate verwerking van financiële gegevens.
  • Je bereidt audits, afschrijvingen en betalingen tijdig voor.
  • Je beheert en verwerkt de btw-aangiftes.
  • Je volgt intercompanytransacties en -reconciliaties nauwgezet op.
  • Je fungeert als back-up voor collega's bij ziekte of vakantie.
  • Je boekt verkoopfacturen in voor alle diensten.
  • Je stuurt de goedkeuring van aankoopfacturen in Basware, en zorgt voor een correcte boekhoudkundige verwerking.
  • Je hebt reeds 5 jaar ervaring als GL accountant.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals SAP, Oracle of Exact, en je bent vertrouwd met MS Office, Excel en AS400.
  • Je hebt kennis van BE GAAP en de Belgische fiscale wetgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en met een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die energie haalt uit samenwerking binnen het team en met andere afdelingen.
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans is een plus.
