Voor een gevestigde organisatie actief in de dienstverlenende sector zijn we op zoek naar een GL Accountant / Treasury. In deze gevarieerde functie combineer je algemene boekhouding met treasuryactiviteiten.

Jouw takenpakket als GL Accountant/Treasury:

In deze functie combineer je treasury met general ledger accounting, waarbij je ongeveer de helft van je tijd aan elk van beide domeinen besteedt.

Treasury:

  • Je beheert en monitort dagelijks de bankrekeningen van verschillende juridische entiteiten.
  • Je bewaakt de liquiditeitspositie en zorgt voor een optimale cashflow.
  • Je stelt cashflowprognoses op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je bepaalt betalingsprioriteiten en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige uitvoering van betalingen.
  • Je coördineert intercompany-overboekingen tussen de verschillende entiteiten.
  • Je verwerkt bankuittreksels en treasurytransacties in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je volgt factoringdossiers op en onderhoudt contacten met banken en factoringmaatschappijen.
  • Je verzorgt dagelijkse treasury- en cashflowrapporteringen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij interne en externe audits.

General Ledger Accounting:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algemene boekhouding .
  • Je staat in voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je boekt provisies, diverse verrichtingen en overlopende rekeningen.
  • Je voert balansreconciliaties uit en analyseert grootboekrekeningen.
  • Je verwerkt intercompanytransacties en stemt deze af met de betrokken entiteiten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij fiscale verplichtingen, waaronder btw-aangiftes en andere wettelijke rapporteringen.
  • Je bereidt auditdossiers voor en werkt samen met interne en externe auditors.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie van financiële processen en interne controles.

Het ideale profiel als GL Accountant/Treasury:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële richting. Een graduaatsdiploma met relevante ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen algemene boekhouding en affiniteit met treasury. Ervaring in treasury is een pluspunt, maar kan ook aangeleerd worden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en gestructureerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring met Navision en/of Business Central is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een voltijdse functie op lange termijn.
