Als glaszetter bij SW Vastgoedverbetering houd jij je bezig met meerdere projecten in de regio Hoogeveen. We hebben langdurige samenwerkingen met verschillende opdrachtgevers, die woningcorporaties zijn. Als professional werk je nauw samen met schilders, timmerkrachten en uitvoerders en zorg je ervoor dat jouw werk naar tevredenheid wordt uitgevoerd. Je bent veelal in de bewoonde wereld aan het werk en is het van groot belang dat je beschikt over goede sociale- en communicatieve vaardigheden. Daarnaast kan jij je inleven in de omgeving en in de bewoner, zodat jij in overleg de werkzaamheden kan uitvoeren. De kwaliteit van deze werkzaamheden staat daarbij voorop, want pas wanneer de klant tevreden is, dan ben jij dat ook. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Oud glas verwijderen; - Het kozijn schoon en klaar maken voor het nieuwe glas; - Het plaatsen van nieuw glas in ramen, deuren en andere kozijnen; - Het zorgen voor een nette afwerking door het glas goed af te dichten en te kitten.
