Met een vaste ploeg van zo'n vijftien man draaien we de werkplaats van ruw hout tot compleet eindproduct. We werken vooral voor aannemers en woningbouwprojecten: complete nieuwbouwwijken, renovatie van woonblokken en af en toe maatwerk voor bestaande bouw. In de productie betekent dat seriewerk op drukke dagen en tussendoor speciale opdrachten waar alles net even anders moet. Alles gebeurt in eigen huis, dus we schakelen snel tussen zagen, frezen, samenstellen en afmontage. Iedereen in de werkplaats weet wat er moet gebeuren om de planning te halen en kwaliteit te leveren. De Baan Als productiemedewerker in onze timmerfabriek werk je mee aan het maken van kozijnen, ramen en deuren. Je bedient houtbewerkingsmachines, stelt onderdelen samen en zorgt dat alles netjes en volgens tekening wordt geproduceerd. Je werkt met verschillende houtsoorten en wisselt tussen seriewerk en maatwerk. De ene dag draai je een flinke productie voor een woningbouwproject, de andere dag werk je aan specifieke onderdelen die precies moeten passen. Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen; wij leren je het vak stap voor stap in de praktijk. Belangrijk is dat je graag met je handen werkt, precies bent en het tempo van de werkplaats aankunt. Functie Eisen - Je bent in het bezit van een auto en mag deze ook legaal besturen. Geen rijbewijs?
