Ons werk varieert van renovaties in villa's tot nieuwbouwprojecten met grote glaspartijen. We doen alles zelf: meten, plaatsen en afwerken. Reparaties horen erbij, maar ook maatwerk zoals gebogen glas of veiligheidsglas. Het team staat bekend om zijn praktische aanpak en snelheid, en we helpen elkaar bij elk project. Vaak werken we aan verduurzamingsprojecten, waarbij oude ramen vervangen worden door isolatieglas of HR++ glas. De Baan Jij bent op locatie verantwoordelijk voor het hele glasproces: meten, plaatsen en afwerken. Je werkt voornamelijk in villa's en particuliere woningen, maar ook in scholen of winkels. Kapotte ruiten of verrot kozijn herstellen behoort tot je dagelijkse werk. Je gebruikt hoogwerkers of ladders waar nodig en werkt samen met een collega aan grotere projecten. Bij verduurzaming vervang je oude ramen door dubbel- of HR++ glas. Er is weinig kantoorwerk: het draait om handen uit de mouwen, samen problemen oplossen en alles netjes en strak afwerken. Praktisch vakmanschap staat voorop, geen poespas of onnodige regels. Functie Eisen - Ervaring is niet direct vereist, het helpt wel, maar: Willen!
