In de werkplaats werken we aan het produceren en voorbereiden, en buiten zijn we onderweg om alles netjes te monteren bij klanten door heel Nederland. We doen vooral isolatieglas en kozijnen: oud glas eruit, HR++ erin, en waar nodig repareren of vervangen we complete ruiten en kozijnonderdelen. Daarnaast verzorgen we herstelwerk bij ruitschade, maatwerk en renovatieklussen voor woningen, winkels en projecten van aannemers en woningcorporaties. Het werk varieert van een kapotte etalageruit tot complete woningblokken waar alles in één keer wordt aangepakt. Iedere dag draait om meten, maken en monteren. Bus laden, materialen checken en samen zorgen dat alles op locatie klopt. Kort schakelen, praktisch oplossen en netjes opleveren is hoe we werken. De Baan Als glaszetter en kozijnmonteur start je de dag met een kop koffie en een korte planning. Daarna ga je samen met een collega op pad naar klanten in de regio en daarbuiten. Je meet glas en kozijnen op, controleert materialen en zorgt dat alles goed voorbereid is. Op locatie plaats je glas in kozijnen, vervang je ruiten en werk je alles strak af met kit en glaslatten. Ook herstel en onderhoud aan bestaande kozijnen hoort erbij. Het werk vraagt precisie, maar je werkt vooral praktisch en met je handen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer sta je bij een woning, de andere keer bij een winkel of groot renovatieproject. En zoals we zeggen: als het glas valt, telt het als moderne kunst.
