Grote ramen kan je soms alleen doen, andere keren til je met z'n tweeën tot je armen protesteren. Schilderwerk? Ach, dat komt erbij. Het belangrijkste: glas erin en niet breken. De rest zien we later wel. Je werkt altijd met een buddy. Samen meten, tillen en zorgen dat alles goed zit. Overleggen kort en soms flink doorpakken om alles op tijd af te krijgen. Onze klussen lopen uiteen: nieuwbouwwoningen, kleine restaurantverbouwingen, garages met kapotte ruiten en oude kantoorpanden. Denk je dat glas saai is? Probeer maar eens een ruit precies in een kozijn te krijgen zonder dat je vingers eraan moeten geloven. De Baan Werk je als glaszetter bij ons, dan werk je altijd samen met een vaste collega. We beginnen met het nauwkeurig opmeten van ramen en deuren, snijden glas op maat en bouwen steigers voor een veilige werkplek. Glas zetten, kitten en soms klein schilderwerk zorgen dat alles netjes en strak wordt afgewerkt. De sfeer is top: als iemand "BARST MAAR!" roept, bedoelen ze echt het glas . Tussendoor checken we gereedschap, meten we alles nog eens na en zorgen dat elk raam en elke ruit perfect staat. Samen met je collega rond je de klus netjes af en is er altijd ruimte voor een grap of tip. Kortom: jij zet glas, wij maken samen elk project af. Zo wordt glas zetten een vak waar je trots op bent! Functie Eisen - Je beschikt over een auto en bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs. Geen rijbewijs? Dan bekijken we of je kunt meerijden naar de klus. - Je haalt voldoening uit je werk en vindt het gaaf om te zeggen: "Kijk, dat heb ik gedaan! " - Ervaring in de schilders of bouwbranche is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Wel handig (en dat zie je terug in je salaris). - Ook leerlingen en starters word...
