Voor een internationale softwareleverancier voor de telecomsector in Almelo ben ik op zoek naar een Global Account Manager. De organisatie ontwikkelt eigen software die wereldwijd bij netwerkoperators en overheden draait. Het bedrijf groeit gestaag, investeert in nieuwe markten en heeft een sterke reputatie in zijn niche. De cultuur is informeel en technisch gedreven, met korte lijnen naar directie en engineering. Als Global Account Manager beheer je een portefeuille van internationale accounts. Je werkt nauw samen met engineering en productmanagement om complexe trajecten naar een deal te brengen. Verkooptrajecten duren hier maanden, met meerdere stakeholders per klant. Jij houdt het overzicht en de relatie warm. Je bepaalt zelf hoe je je accounts bewerkt en krijgt daarvoor het vertrouwen en de middelen. Bestaande klanten uitbouwen weegt even zwaar als nieuwe logo's binnenhalen. Wie in Almelo commercieel het verschil maakt, ziet dat direct terug in de bonus.
