De Global Head of Service ontwikkelt de wereldwijde serviceorganisatie verder tot een winstgevende groeimotor. De functie realiseert groei in serviceomzet en winstgevendheid, versterkt klantbehoud en benut kansen voor retrofit en modernisering. Daarbij wordt de waarde van de wereldwijd geïnstalleerde producten over de volledige levenscyclus gemaximaliseerd. Vacature | Global Head of Service | Boon Edam De functie Als Global Head of Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor de wereldwijde serviceactiviteiten en de verdere ontwikkeling van de serviceorganisatie. Je bepaalt en realiseert de wereldwijde servicestrategie, in lijn met de groeiambities van Boon Edam, en draagt eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de wereldwijde Service P&L. Je stuurt op omzet, marge, winstgevendheid, productiviteit, efficiëntie, kwaliteit en snelheid van dienstverlening. Daarnaast leid je de digitale transformatie en ontwikkel je een goed presterende, samenwerkende internationale serviceorganisatie. Je rapporteert aan de CCO, maakt deel uit van het Commercieel Management Team en werkt nauw samen met managing directors en regionale managementteams wereldwijd. Vanuit Edam geef je functioneel leiding aan de wereldwijde serviceorganisatie en treed je op als inhoudelijk expert voor servicegerelateerde onderwerpen. De functie vraagt circa 30 tot 40% internationale reisbereidheid.
