Global Head of Marketing* Premium, Salzburg

Für unseren Auftraggeber, eine international ausgerichtete Premium-Fashion-Marke, beginnt Innovation dort, wo Fashion und Sport neue Wege gehen. Hochwertiges Design trifft auf technologische Kompetenz und funktionale Materialien – mit dem Anspruch, Fashion neu zu interpretieren. Nun soll diese besondere Markenwelt global noch stärker erlebbar werden: mit einer klaren Vision, relevanten Geschichten und Marketing, das Wirkung zeigt.

Als Global Head of Marketing* übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die globale Marketingausrichtung und entwickelst die Marke strategisch wie kommerziell weiter. Du verbindest Brand Strategy, Consumer Insights, kreative Kampagnen, Partnerschaften und Performance zu einem konsistenten Gesamtbild und sorgst dafür, dass die Markenidee über alle relevanten Touchpoints erlebbar wird. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit der internationalen Führungsebene zusammen und steuerst die Umsetzung über verschiedene Kanäle und Märkte hinweg.

Ihr Profil:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Product Management, Category Management oder in einer vergleichbaren produktnahen Funktion - Ausgeprägtes Produktverständnis und ein sicheres Gespür für Trends und Zielgruppen - Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Verständnis für Positionierung und kommerzielle Zusammenhänge - Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
