Als Global Key Account Manager ben jij het strategische aanspreekpunt voor onze belangrijkste internationale klanten. Je bouwt niet alleen relaties uit, je verdiept ze met focus op groei, vertrouwen en duurzame samenwerkingen.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Langetermijnrelaties opbouwt en onderhoudt met global key accounts.
  • Nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten identificeert en omzet in concrete business.
  • Nauw samenwerkt met operationele en administratieve teams om op maat gemaakte logistieke oplossingen te realiseren.
  • Markttrends en concurrentie opvolgt en deze vertaalt naar strategische inzichten.
  • Rapporten opstelt en presenteert over accountperformance, salesresultaten en marktevoluties.
  • Contracten onderhandelt met oog voor gezonde marges en partnerships op lange termijn.
  • Klanten proactief ondersteunt en snel schakelt wanneer er uitdagingen zijn.
  • Investeert in customer intimacy en vertrouwen op C‑level.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of key account rol.
  • Ervaring in commodity, feed of food logistiek is een duidelijke troef.
  • Je denkt analytisch, handelt oplossingsgericht en onderhandelt met overtuiging.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel op elk niveau.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar gelooft sterk in teamwork.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels perfect. Frans is een plus.
