MITWIRKEN

* Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines globalen Risikomanagement-Systems, vor allem im Bereich Brandschutz und Arbeitssicherheit

* Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von strategischen, operativen, finanziellen und technischen Risiken

* Analyse von Produktions-, Lieferketten- und Qualitätsrisiken

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Werksleitung, Controlling, Technik, IT und Compliance

* Aufbau und Pflege eines weltweiten Risk-Reportings inklusive KPI-System

* Durchführung von Risiko-Workshops, Audits und Szenarioanalysen

* Unterstützung bei Investitionsentscheidungen sowie M&A-Projekten aus Risiko Perspektive

* Krisenmanagement und Entwicklung von Business-Continuity-Strategien

MITBRINGEN

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement, idealerweise in einem produzierenden, international aufgestellten Unternehmen mit Fokus auf Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz

* Fundiertes Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen, Supply Chain Management und Finanzkennzahlen

* Erfahrung mit internationalen Standards (z.B. ISO 31000, internes Kontrollsystem, Compliance Strukturen)

* Analytische, strategische und unternehmerische Denkweise

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz

* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft (mind. 25%)
