The posting

En tant que gouvernant/e d'étage, vous veillez à ce que les chambres, les couloirs et les paliers de l'établissement soient parfaitement propres et confortables pour les clients. Vous supervisez l'équipe de nettoyage et coordonnez son travail afin de garantir la qualité des prestations.

Vous êtes particulièrement attentif/ve aux détails et veillez notamment à la propreté des lieux ainsi qu'au bon fonctionnement des équipements, des installations sanitaires et électriques.

Sous la responsabilité de la direction, vos principales tâches sont : - organiser le planning du personnel ; - contrôler l'état de propreté des lieux ; - définir les besoins en approvisionnement ; - assurer le suivi des stocks et préparer les commandes ; - répondre aux demandes particulières des clients, notamment en matière d'installation de fauteuil ou de lit supplémentaire ; - vérifier les éléments liés à l'activité et à la gestion administrative du personnel ; - diriger le service ; - contrôler la bonne réalisation des prestations.

- Vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle de moins d'un an. - Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais. - Vous êtes attentif/ve aux détails et à la qualité des prestations. - Vous avez le sens du service et veillez au confort et à la satisfaction des clients.
