Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Graduate Finance die graag zijn of haar tanden zat in een eerste uitdaging binnen finance en accountancy . Onze klant in de regio van Kortrijk is een bekend distributeur van gekende merken in de Benelux. Hier kom je tercht in een financieel stabiele organisatie die 150 medewekers telt en jou graag opleiden tot een échte professional. Met een omzet van ruim €300 miljoen bouwen ze dagelijks hun bedrijf sterker uit. Klaar om hun finance team te gaan versterken?

Functieomschrijving

  • Je krijgt een grondige introductie in onze operationele boekhouding en bouwt inzicht op in de financiële processen van de organisatie.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt boekhoudkundige transacties met betrekking tot klanten nauwkeurig op, inclusief facturatie en betalingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de verwerking van leveranciersfacturen en werkt hiervoor samen met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Je bewaakt dagelijkse betalingsstromen, volgt openstaande posten op en helpt betalingsachterstanden te voorkomen.
  • Je neemt deel aan diverse projecten rond rapportering, maand- en jaarafsluitingen en fiscale aangiftes.
  • Je ontwikkelt een brede financiële expertise door mee te werken aan zowel operationele als analytische en controlling processen.

Na een eerste inwerkperiode bekijken we samen waar jouw sterktes, interesses en ambities het best tot hun recht komen. Op basis daarvan zoeken we per persoon naar de niche die het beste aansluit bij zijn of haar profiel. Dit kan leiden tot een verdere specialisatie binnen accounting, financial controlling of commercial controlling, maar ook opportuniteiten binnen andere afdelingen behoren tot de mogelijkheden!

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een economische richting (bv. Handelsingenieur, (Toegepaste) Economische Wetenschappen, ...).
  • Je combineert een sterk analytisch vermogen met een proactieve, resultaatgerichte en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
  • Je communiceert helder en klantgericht, kan cijfers en analyses begrijpelijk vertalen naar je doelgroep en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste teamplayer met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
