Bij Bosch Rexroth krijg je vanaf dag één verantwoordelijkheid, werk je aan echte projecten én bouw je stap voor stap aan een carrière als Sales Engineer binnen een hightech omgeving.

Ons Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) is geen standaard traineeship. Ons tweejarige programma biedt een gestructureerd kader om je persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling te begeleiden. De kern van het programma wordt gevormd door een ervaren manager die met jou zal samenwerken om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en jou in staat stelt een actieve rol te spelen bij het stimuleren van je eigen ontwikkeling. Je netwerk zal een buddy en een mentor van het senior leiderschapsteam bevatten, zodat je goed wordt ondersteund tijdens je programma en daarna. We streven ernaar om je de allerbeste start van je carrière bij Bosch Rexroth te geven en in ruil daarvoor verwachten we dat je het meeste uit elke kans haalt en jezelf uitdaagt.

Wat ga je doen?

Je start in een echte rol en leert het bedrijf kennen van binnenuit:

  • Je werkt samen met externe sales en applicatie-ingenieurs om inzicht te krijgen in onze processen en technologieën.
  • Je leert onze producten, klanten, applicaties en interne processen grondig kennen. Het programma is speciaal ontworpen om je stap voor stap klaar te stomen voor een toekomstige functie als Sales Engineer.

✅ Ondersteuning tijdens je traject:

  • Je werkt samen met een ervaren manager die je vaardigheden helpt ontwikkelen en je stimuleert actief te groeien. Je netwerk omvat: Een buddy die je wegwijs maakt binnen de organisatie. Een toegewijd HR-contact voor ondersteuning bij vragen of uitdagingen. Een mentor uit het senior leiderschapsteam die je helpt je strategische visie te ontwikkelen.

‍‍Wie zoeken we?

  • Master in een technische discipline (bv. elektromechanica, automatisatie, …)
  • Max. 2 jaar werkervaring
  • Technische interesse + hands-on mindset
  • Sterke communicatieve skills & commercieel inzicht
  • Sterk communicatief in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels. Frans is een plus
  • Rijbewijs B
