Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf op de Europese drukmarkt, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde calculator.

Het bedrijf specialiseert zich specifiek in het drukken van boeken, catalogi, magazines, labels en packaging. Door permanent te innoveren en verticaal te integreren slaagt het bedrijf erin haar positie te versterken en verder uit te breiden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Ter voorbereiding van de facturatie maak je voor uw klanten calculaties en nacalculaties Naast het bieden van technische ondersteuning, adviseer je met plezier uw klanten
  • Orders opvolgen en bijhorende offerteklassementen bijhouden
  • Opvolgen van aanbestedingen en het afleveren van een afgewerkt dossier
  • Je opteert een nauwe samenwerking met de sales afdeling om een offerte zo goed mogelijk af te stemmen naar gelang de wensen van de klant.
  • Rapporteren doe je aan de salesmanager, vertegenwoordiger of orderbegeleider
  • Je genoot een hogere opleiding, bij voorkeur in commerciële richting, of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
  • Enige affiniteit met de grafische sector is een pluspunt maar geen must.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een (zeer) goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk.
  • Je bent flexibel en servicegericht.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan omgaan met deadlines.
