The posting

Heb je een scherp oog voor design, maar denk je ook graag mee over de marketingstrategie? Bij ons mag je het allebei doen! Binnen onze house of brands krijg jij de pen én de designtools in handen. Het ene moment ontwerp je visuals in Adobe of Canva en plan je onze socials, het volgende moment werk je samen met onze Marketing Manager om de roadmap voor jouw merk vorm te geven en uit te rollen.

We zoeken iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, vlot schrijft en graag het overzicht bewaart. Heb je al een paar jaar ervaring in marcom of design, en heb je toevallig ook iets met vastgoed en tech? Dan nodigen we je graag uit op de koffie!

JOUW OPDRACHT

Grafisch luik

  • Je verzorgt de grafische content en productie voor online en offline communicatie
  • Je creëert, plant en publiceert content voor onze sociale mediakanalen
  • Je zet aangeleverde ideeën en inhoud om in aantrekkelijke teksten en visuals
  • Je ondersteunt events op grafisch, logistiek en praktisch vlak

Marketing- en communicatieluik

  • Samen met onze Marketing Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitrol van de roadmap voor jouw merk binnen onze house of brands
  • Je creëert marketingcampagnes in lijn met onze strategie en bewaakt de tone of voice van je brand zorgvuldig
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de brand marketeers van de andere business units en deelt actief kennis en inzichten, daarnaast stuur je onze externe partners aan
  • Je werkt actief mee op conversie en zorgt mee voor het behalen van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen
  • Je overgiet onze communicatie en content met een wervend laagje marketing dat aanzet tot actie

JOUW PROFIEL

  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal tot in de puntjes (zowel geschreven als gesproken)
  • Je hebt al enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen marcom en/of grafische vormgeving
  • Je houdt van variatie binnen je takenpakket en kan snel schakelen bij gevraagde aanpassingen
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholder management en zorgt ervoor dat je deadlines niet in het gedrang komen
  • Je denkt graag mee over de efficiëntie van de bestaande strategie en geeft actief input
  • Je linkt de juiste campagnes en content aan onze doelgroep en weet hun aandacht te (blijven) trekken
  • Je bent gebeten door de actualiteit, en speelt snel in op relevante topics
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je werkt vlot met Adobe InDesign, Photoshop en Canva
  • Ervaring met video- en audiobewerking is een pluspunt
  • Kennis van tools voor e-mailmarketing is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een voorliefde voor vastgoed, nieuwe technologieën en tools
