Je adviseert klanten, bereidt productieopdrachten voor en werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega's om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere opdracht goed wordt uitgevoerd. Met aandacht, vakmanschap en proactief meedenken zorgen wij ervoor dat het drukwerk klopt, consistent is en aansluit bij het merk en de uitstraling van onze klanten. Wat ga je doen? Als grafisch specialist ben je de verbindende factor tussen opdrachtgever en productie. Je hebt contact met klanten, adviseert hen vanuit jouw vakkennis en begeleidt opdrachten gedurende het proces. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, invoering en begeleiding van productieopdrachten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste informatie beschikbaar is en stemt waar nodig af met je collega's van verkoop, planning en inkoop. Zo combineer je klantcontact met de praktische en technische voorbereiding van drukwerkopdrachten. Wat breng jij mee? Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je: - een commerciële opleiding hebt afgerond op minimaal mbo-4 niveau; - enkele jaren ervaring hebt in een commerciële functie; - de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal beheerst; - duidelijk communiceert en klantgericht werkt; - nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig bent; - affiniteit hebt met de grafische branche.
