Je bouwt merken die opvallen. Design gaat hier niet over mooi maken. Het gaat over creatives die scrollen stoppen, e-mails die conversion halen en merken die visueel tot leven komen. Over de rol Je draait mee in het creatieve team en werkt voor meerdere merken tegelijk - van eigen merken (ETQ Amsterdam, TOV Essentials) tot klanten die we schalen. Je vertaalt brandguides naar creatives die impact maken, denkt mee over concepten en houdt zelf de kwaliteit hoog. We werken alleen met merken die willen groeien. Dus jouw werk moet daaraan bijdragen. Wat je doet - Digitale advertenties ontwerpen voor social - stilstaand én bewegend. - E-mailcampagnes en banners vormgeven in Figma en Klaviyo. - Werken binnen verschillende brandguides zonder je eigen scherpte te verliezen. - Wensen van klanten en campagnebeheerders vertalen naar onderscheidende creatives. - Meedenken over hoe content visueel sterker en beter converterend kan. Wat we zoeken - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau in een grafische richting, of relevante ervaring. - Ruime ervaring met Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) en Figma. Canva en Klaviyo zijn een pré. - Portfolio met digitale ontwerpen die je zelf kunt onderbouwen. - Ervaring met bewegend beeld is een pré. - Commerciële mindset - je snapt dat design een middel is, geen doel. - Proactief, zelfstandig en scherp op deadlines. - 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar, per direct of op korte termijn.
