TalenSteens & Partners Talen Freelance Interim GRC Implementation Specialist / Risicomanager Midden Nederland Geplaatst op: 13-10-2026 Voor een complexe, maatschappelijk betrokken organisatie zoeken wij een ervaren en vooral hands-on Interim Risicomanager Finance & Control die verantwoordelijk wordt voor het verder inrichten, implementeren en borgen van het risicomanagementproces. Start van de opdracht is zo spoedig mogelijk voor de duur van minimaal 6 maanden met optie op verlenging. Hybride werken behoort tot de mogelijkheid. De opdracht De organisatie heeft onlangs een GRC-systeem geïmplementeerd, waarin inmiddels een eerste basis is gelegd. De uitdaging ligt in het verder opbouwen, structureren en daadwerkelijk werkend krijgen van het volledige risicomanagementproces, waarbij het GRC-systeem als centraal instrument dient. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Het integraal identificeren en analyseren van financiële, operationele en organisatorische risico's en het definiëren van passende beheersmaatregelen. - Het zelfstandig en hands-on inrichten en vullen van het GRC-systeem (Naris), inclusief risico's, beheersmaatregelen en bijbehorende verantwoordelijkheden. - Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een rapportagestructuur, inclusief dashboards en stuurinformatie, waarmee risico's en de effectiviteit van beheersmaatregelen structureel gemonitord kunnen worden. - Het borgen van risicomanagement en beheersmaatregelen in de eerste lijn, met duidelijk eigenaarschap bij de verantwoordelijke proceseigenaren. - Het opstellen van een integraal auditplan en het organiseren van de aansluiting met de derde lijn. De uitvoering van de audits behoort niet tot de opdracht. - Het verbinden en afstemmen van werkzaamheden binnen de 1e, 2e en 3e lijn (Three Lines Model).
