Een griffier die een autoriteit en een inspiratiebron is, binnen en buiten de organisatie. Een griffier die resultaatgericht werkt aan de toekomstbestendigheid van de griffie, met een scherp oog voor efficiency van werkprocessen én een scherp oog voor de ontwikkeling van het team en van de individuele medewerkers.
