The posting

Als griffier ondersteun en adviseer je de universiteitsraad, het centrale medezeggenschapsorgaan van Universiteit Twente. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de raad en zorgt voor goede ondersteuning bij vergaderingen en besluitvorming.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van vergaderingen van de universiteitsraad en commissies en coördineren van de verslaglegging. • Opstellen van besluitenlijsten en terugkoppelen van genomen besluiten. • Adviseren over juridische en bestuurlijke onderwerpen, waaronder wetgeving en reglementen. • Verbinden van de universiteitsraad, het College van Bestuur en de ondersteuning daarvan. • Onderhouden van contact met decentrale medezeggenschapsorganen en delen van relevante informatie. • Beheren van de digitale vergaderomgeving en actief oppakken van signalen vanuit de raad. • Leidinggeven aan het centraal stembureau.

Je werkt 32 uur per week en start zo snel mogelijk. Je werkt tot 1 maart 2027.

Functie-eisen: Je voelt goed aan wat er speelt binnen een bestuurlijke organisatie en weet verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen. Je werkt graag samen, neemt initiatief en weet wanneer je moet adviseren, organiseren of de regie moet nemen.

Wat neem je mee?

• Minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een juridische of bestuurlijke opleiding. • Affiniteit met medezeggenschap en ervaring met ondersteuning of advisering op bestuurlijk niveau. • Ervaring met een regierol en het werken met digitale vergaderomgevingen. • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels. • Ervaring met het uitleggen en interpreteren van wetgeving, zoals de Wet op het hoger onderwijs en wetenschappelijk onderzoek (WHW) is mooi meegenomen.
