In der Rolle als Großkundenbetreuer:in für Immobilien- und Energieprojekte verantworten Sie die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines anspruchsvollen Kundenportfolios - strategisch, operativ und mit Weitblick. Sie sind Brückenbauer:in zwischen Finanzierungslösungen, Projekten und Menschen. 1 Großkundenbetreuer:in Immobilien- und Projektfinanzierung (m/w/d) Ihre Tasks

* Projektfinanzierung & Beratung: Betreuung von großvolumigen Immobilienprojektfinanzierungen sowie Finanzierung von Energieprojekten (Wind-, Wasser-, Solar- und Biogasprojekte)

* Kundenmanagement: Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Einzelprojektgesellschaften sowie gemeinnützigen und nichtgemeinnützigen Unternehmensgruppen in allen Belangen der Projektfinanzierung und Immobilienverwaltung

* Verantwortung übernehmen: Produktauswahl, Risiko- und Ertragssteuerung für die zu betreuenden Projekte

* Portfolio-Management: Übernahme und Pflege eines bestehenden Kundenportfolios

* Neukundengewinnung: Freude an der aktiven Akquise und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen

Ihr Background

* Eine umfassende betriebswirtschaftliche und / oder rechtliche Ausbildung, idealerweise ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Immobilienprojektfinanzierung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Kreditgeschäft und Finanzierung

* Kenntnisse bzw. ausgeprägtes Interesse an Finanzierungslösungen im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien

* Hohe Kunden- und Verkaufsorientierung

* Professionelles Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und digitale Kompetenz

* Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative
