eb je ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole binnen voeding, groenten of landbouw en neem je graag duidelijke beslissingen op basis van objectieve criteria?

Voor een financieel sterke en internationaal actieve voedingsproducent in Ardooie zoeken we discreet een keurder van verse groenten. Je controleert aangeleverde producten, registreert je bevindingen en bewaakt mee de kwaliteit van het volledige productieproces.

Je werkt voltijds van maandag tot vrijdag in een flexibel dagrooster. Geen klassieke nine-to-five dus, maar ook geen ploegenstelsel dat je biologische klok gijzelt.

Wat ga je doen?

Binnen het agro-team controleer je de kwaliteit van verse groenten die op de site worden aangeleverd.

Concreet zal je:

  • verse groenten beoordelen volgens vastgelegde kwaliteitsnormen;
  • objectieve kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren;
  • afwijkingen herkennen en correct beoordelen;
  • onderbouwde beslissingen nemen over aangeleverde producten;
  • controleresultaten registreren via de computer;
  • duidelijk rapporteren over je bevindingen;
  • professioneel communiceren met collega’s en leveranciers;
  • tijdens het laagseizoen andere afdelingen of processen ondersteunen.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die kwaliteit ernstig neemt, zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen en rustig blijft wanneer verschillende leveringen tegelijk beoordeeld moeten worden.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je bij voorkeur ervaring in kwaliteitscontrole binnen voeding, groenten of landbouw;
  • beschik je over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • heb je affiniteit met de landbouwsector;
  • kan je met een heftruck rijden;
  • werk je nauwkeurig, objectief en gestructureerd;
  • communiceer je vlot en professioneel;
  • ben je flexibel naar werkuren;
  • ben je tijdens rustigere periodes breed inzetbaar;
  • heb je een goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een sterke meerwaarde, maar relevante kennis van voeding, landbouw of kwaliteitscontrole kan eveneens aansluiten.
