Organisatie In deze rol zorg je, samen met het concern control team, voor betrouwbare financiële rapportages, analyses en sturingsinformatie. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor management en collega's, denkt actief mee over de financiële koers en draagt bij aan verdere professionalisering van de planning & control-cyclus. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Business & Concern Control en werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen finance, control en de bredere organisatie. Functie - Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de financiële beheersing en rapportage binnen de organisatie. - Je stelt samen met het concern control team periodieke geconsolideerde maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages op en voert ad-hoc analyses uit. - Je bent betrokken bij de planning & control-cyclus en levert een bijdrage aan de jaarrekening van de stichting. - Daarnaast ben je één van de contactpersonen voor de externe accountant, bewaak en verzorg je specificaties voor de jaarrekening en ondersteun je bij fiscale vraagstukken rondom onder meer btw en vennootschapsbelasting. - Ook krijg je de ruimte om financiële rapportageprocessen verder te optimaliseren en te professionaliseren. Vanuit jouw ervaring denk je mee in verbeterprojecten en ondersteun je bij de ERP-implementatie.
