Jouw rol Als Relatiebeheerder Zakelijk in de binnendienst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze zakelijke verzekeringsklanten. Je adviseert over risico's en schadeverzekeringen. Je behandelt klantvragen en lost problemen op. Je geeft een positieve uitstraling aan ons bedrijf door de klanten op een klantvriendelijke en professionele wijze te woord te staan. Zowel via telefoon als fysiek op de locatie in Rotterdam. Ook ben je commercieel verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van kansen vanuit het klantcontact. Je zoekt naar commerciële signalen en behoeften en zet deze om in actie. De focus ligt echter op het beheren van onze bestaande klanten. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: - De financiële wensen en risico's van de klant inventariseren en analyseren. - Offertes uitwerken. - Contacten onderhouden met klanten, verzekeraars, acceptanten en andere partijen die betrokken zijn. - Ondersteunen van de buitendienst door onder andere het verwerken van bezoekverslagen en het opmaken van offertes. - Verwerken van klantgegevens in onze systemen. - Actief meedenken over hoe de klanten nóg beter geholpen kunnen worden. Kortom een veelzijdige functie met veel vrijheid en klantcontact! Jouw profiel We zoeken een nieuwe collega met sterk ontwikkelde sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden die graag in een dynamische omgeving werkt. Je bent klantgericht, commercieel èn bent een teamspeler. Daarnaast: - Heb je minimaal een MBO-diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting Bank- en Verzekeringswezen. - Ben je in het bezit van de diploma's WFT Basis, WFT Schade Particulier en WFT...
