Groepbegeleider Heerepad 17-19 - Sint Anna Heel Zorg jij voor een warme, veilige, duidelijke en gestructureerde omgeving waarin cliënten zich écht gehoord en gezien voelen? Kun jij je goed inleven in hun belevingswereld en sta je sterk in je schoenen ben je zowel zorgzaam als opmerkzaam? Bij ons draait het niet alleen om zorg, maar ook om het begrijpen van het unieke verhaal van iedere cliënt. "De naam van een client is een woord, zijn of haar leven is een heel verhaal…" Je komt te werken in ons team op de aaneengeschakelde woning Heerepad 17-19. Je komt terecht in een team van circa 10 collega's waarin afwisseling tussen verzorgende taken en begeleiding centraal staat. De zorg is afgestemd op het niveau van de cliënten en je biedt ondersteuning bij persoonlijke ontwikkeling en een stukje zelfstandigheid, het gestructureerd verlopen van de dag. Onze woning biedt een dynamische en gevarieerde werkomgeving, waar je werkt met een groep ouder wordende cliënten met bijkomende handicaps zoals autisme, syndroom van down, hechtingstoornis en er komt niet begrepen gedrag voor. Je biedt ondersteuning bij het ontwikkelen en het in stand houden van vaardigheden om zo zelfstandig mogelijk invulling te geven aan hun leven. Eigen regie van de cliënt staat voorop binnen bestaande kaders. Jij helpt ze bij hun zorgbehoeften, biedt begeleiding bij gedragsproblematiek en zorgt voor hun dagelijkse verzorging. Jij speelt een belangrijke rol in het bieden van zorg op maat, of het nu gaat om het toedienen van medicatie, wondverzorging of begeleiding bij agressie of autisme. We werken in een huishoudelijke sfeer waarin ook huishoudelijke taken behoren. Je wordt persoonlijk begeleider van 1 of meerdere cliënten. Dit houdt in dat je zorginhoudelijke zaken oppakt, zorg draagt voor een actueel zorgplan, contact houdt met wettelijke vertegenwoordiger enz.
