Werken bij Transvisie Groepsbegeleider Detrans-contactgroep Over ons Over Transvisie Wat je moet weten Sinds 2025 organiseert Transvisie bijeenkomsten voor mensen die na hun transitie stappen terug hebben gezet, zijn gaan twijfelen of spijt hebben ervaren. Nu zijn we op zoek naar extra begeleiders om deze groep de kunnen versterken. Wil jij ons helpen een warme plek voor deze doelgroep te bieden? Wij zoeken een persoon die - Communicatief sterk is; - Sensitief is in de omgang met verschillende perspectieven; - Een echte teamspeler is met passie voor samenwerken; - Minimaal 3 uur per maand beschikbaar is; - Affiniteit heeft met de doelgroep (ervaringsdeskundigheid is een pré). Wat bieden wij? Wij bieden - De mogelijkheid om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de ondersteuning van transgender personen en hun naasten. - Een fijne samenwerking binnen een toegewijd en divers team van ervaringsdeskundigen en een supertof netwerk van onze vrijwilligers - Ondersteuning en begeleiding van het team Transvisie Community en de andere groepsleden van je contactgroep in jouw rol als groepsbegeleider. - Opleidingen, zowel intern als extern, om je vaardigheden en kennis als groepsbegeleider te versterken - Vrijwilligersdagen en lunches van/voor alle Transvisie medewerkers - Onkostenvergoeding.
