Bij OlmenEs zoeken we groepsbegeleiders voor woonhuis Aesculus (uren in overleg) die met aandacht, rust en betrokkenheid het verschil willen maken. Als groepsbegeleider ben jij onmisbaar binnen de woongroep. Jij zorgt voor een veilige, warme omgeving waarin bewoners zich gezien voelen en zich kunnen ontwikkelen op hun eigen manier. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt samen met je team in de 24-uurs zorg en begeleidt bewoners in hun dagelijks leven. Je kijkt verder dan gedrag alleen en ondersteunt bewoners bij hun ontwikkeling, vanuit onze antroposofische visie. Aesculus 1 Een warme, huiselijke woongroep met 8 bewoners. Structuur, ritme en herkenbaarheid geven hier houvast. Bewoners zoeken veel contact met de begeleiding, waarbij jouw nabijheid, rust en duidelijkheid belangrijk zijn. Aesculus 2 Een dynamische woongroep met 8 bewoners die zich blijven ontwikkelen in zelfstandigheid. Je begeleidt hen in gedrag, bewaart overzicht en helpt de groep in balans te blijven. De zorgvraag is afwisselend en uitdagend, mede door bijkomende psychische problematiek. Wij ben jij? Voor team Aesculus zoeken we begeleiders die scherp kijken, warm handelen en durven doorpakken. Je krijgt energie van het begrijpen van gedrag en het vinden van de best passende begeleidingsstijl. Je durft naar jezelf te kijken en bouwt graag mee aan een sterk team.
