Bij Maasveld krijg je de kans om te werken met een bijzondere groep mensen die naast lichamelijke verzorging ook persoonlijke begeleiding nodig hebben om hun zelfstandigheid te behouden. Jij speelt een belangrijke rol in het creëren van een fijne, veilige en gezellige omgeving waar onze bewoners zich thuis voelen, zelfs wanneer zij te maken krijgen met de uitdagingen van ouder worden, dementie of andere psychische ziektebeelden. Over de functie In deze rol werk je met ouder wordende bewoners die een lichte tot matige verstandelijke beperking hebben. Naarmate zij ouder worden, nemen hun zorgbehoeften toe en speelt de intensieve verzorging en verpleging een grotere rol. Dit gaat verder dan alleen lichamelijke zorg. Je ondersteunt onze bewoners in het behouden van hun zelfstandigheid en biedt ze begeleiding die past bij hun wensen en mogelijkheden. Veel van onze bewoners krijgen te maken met dementie of andere psychische ziektebeelden. Dit brengt extra uitdagingen met zich mee, maar biedt jou de kans om op een hele persoonlijke manier te ondersteunen. In ons team wordt er veel waarde gehecht aan palliatieve zorg - we hebben ervaring in het bieden van de beste zorg in deze levensfase, waarbij het welzijn van de bewoner altijd voorop staat. Cliëntvolgend werken is voor ons de basis. Wij werken altijd vanuit de wensen en behoeften van de bewoners, zodat zij een rustige, fijne oude dag kunnen hebben. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij zich zowel fysiek als emotioneel ondersteund voelen, wat kan variëren van hulp bij dagelijkse verzorging tot gewoon samen een kopje koffie drinken...
