Jouw werkplek Basisschool St. Jan is een kleinschalige school die een centrale rol speelt in de gemeenschap Leenderstrijp. Hier werken kinderen en volwassenen intensief samen, met aandacht voor individuele begeleiding en saamhorigheid. Dit ga je doen Als leerkracht van groep 7/8 begeleid je onze leerlingen in een belangrijke en mooie fase van hun basisschooltijd. Samen met de leerlingen werk je aan hun ontwikkeling, zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid en bereid je hen voor op de overstap naar het volgende leerjaar of het voortgezet onderwijs. Je zorgt voor een veilige en prettige sfeer waarin leerlingen zich kunnen ontwikkelen en waarin ruimte is voor hun eigen ideeën. Je geeft doelgericht en passend onderwijs, hebt oog voor verschillen tussen leerlingen en weet hen enthousiast en betrokken te houden. Je werkt nauw samen met de collega die al in groep 7/8 werkzaam is en stemt samen het onderwijs en de begeleiding van de groep af. Daarnaast werk je samen met het team, ouders en waar nodig andere professionals binnen Atalenta. We vinden het belangrijk dat je initiatief neemt, meedenkt over het onderwijs en samen met collega's blijft kijken naar wat onze leerlingen nodig hebben om een mooie volgende stap te zetten.
