De uitdaging Als Groepsles instructeur geef jij de lessen Body Pump en/of RPM en motiveer jij de leden om hun doel te bereiken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij de les op een juiste wijze uitvoeren en zorgt dat zij met een goed en voldaan gevoel de les verlaten. Je rapporteert aan de Floormanager Fitness en de verrichte activiteiten op een correcte en volledige manier. Verder zorg je ervoor dat de fitnesszaal op orde en schoon is en let je erop dat de huisregels en procedures worden nageleefd. Tevens is het van belang dat je eventuele problemen signaleert en in staat bent om verbeteringen aan te dragen. Wie ben jij?
