Je vindt het leuk om naast je huidige baan of opdracht extra diensten te draaien of interessant om bij verschillende instanties ervaring op te doen. Je hebt geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit, je bent flexibel en betrouwbaar en je hebt lef! Je rooster bepaal je namelijk helemaal zelf, aan de hand van de beschikbare diensten. Via een app kun je die accepteren of weigeren. Super flexibel dus! Dit wordt jouw functie Als groepswerker ga je aan de slag bij één van de leef-, behandel- of zelfstandigheidsgroepen. De dagelijkse gang van zaken op de groep is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je geeft het goede voorbeeld aan de kinderen door de manier waarop je dingen doet, praat, en omgaat met anderen. Ondertussen help je de kinderen om zich te ontwikkelen en meer grip te krijgen op hun eigen leven en gedrag. Dit doe je samen met collega's en een ervaren gedragswetenschapper. Je onderhoudt contacten met de ouders van de kinderen en belangrijke instanties, zoals school. Ieder kind dat onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid valt, voelt zich gezien en gehoord. Als groepswerker ben je een belangrijke schakel in het dagelijks leven van de kinderen op jouw groep. In de ochtend zorg je dat ze op tijd opstaan, eten en naar school gaan. Terwijl ze op school zitten, heb jij de tijd om rapportages bij te werken, ouders te bellen, praktische zaken te regelen en intake- of evaluatiegesprekken te voeren. Na schooltijd zijn jij en je collega's weer het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de kinderen. Je vangt ze op, vraagt ze hoe hun dag was, eet gezamenlijk en bedenkt leuke activiteiten voor de avonden en het weekend.
