Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie begeleid je cliënten in hun dagelijks leven én in hun herstelproces. Je zorgt voor structuur, veiligheid en een fijne sfeer binnen de groep. Je ondersteunt bij activiteiten, voert gesprekken, signaleert veranderingen en helpt cliënten omgaan met hun uitdagingen. Je staat nooit alleen: je werkt samen met een hecht team dat elkaar scherp houdt én steunt. Elke dag is anders, maar jij blijft rustig, duidelijk en betrokken.

- Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 of HBO opleiding , richting zorg, welzijn of agogisch werk/ - Affiniteit of ervaring met verslavingszorg, groepswerk of begeleiding. - Je bent flexibel, geduldig en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende situaties. - Je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet rust en duidelijkheid te bieden.

Je werkt onregelmatige diensten. Belangrijk om te weten:

- Vroege dienst begint altijd om 07:30 uur (geen uitzonderingen). - Slaapdienst loopt van 16:00 tot de volgende ochtend 09:30 uur. - Je werkt afwisselend dag-, avond-, weekend- en soms slaapdiensten.
