Werken bij Viggo Vacature Grondsteward(ess) Opleidingsniveau MBO-4 Locatie Schiphol Uren 22 of 30 Dienstverband Jaarcontract Er breekt een nieuwe fase aan voor Viggo op Schiphol. Viggo heeft de definitieve gunning ontvangen. Daarmee blijven we ook de komende jaren actief op Schiphol en bereiden we ons voor op de start van de nieuwe operatie. Een unieke positie die zorgt voor groei, ontwikkeling én een flinke uitdaging. De komende maanden bouwen we verder aan onze operatie, processen en teams. Dat biedt volop kansen voor mensen die willen aanpakken, groeien en samen het verschil willen maken. De wereld van vliegtuigen is bijzonder, en de wereld van Schiphol al helemaal! Je begint je dienst met een gate taak bij de A321 van Etihad Airways op D24. Hier zorg je er samen met je Passenger collega's voor dat alle reisdocumenten gecontroleerd worden en passagiers op tijd aan boord zitten. Daarna ga je door naar gate F7 om mee te helpen bij de A350-900 van Vietnam Airlines waar je begint met de brug aansluiten en daarna boardingpassen scant. Na een pauze in de kantine maak je je klaar voor de volgende taak: de check-in van Transavia. Nadat je ongeveer 2 uur bij de check-in hebt gezeten ga je door naar de gate. De HV5133 naar Barcelona zal boarden via gate C18. Jij start het systeem op, zorgt dat passagiers in de juiste zone gaan staan en controleert of de handbagage voldoet aan de airline regels. Passenger Employee: jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van passagiers De afdeling Passenger verzorgt alle werkzaamheden m.b.t. het afhandelen van passagiers voor onze klanten Transavia, Air Europa, Icelandair, ITA Airways, Etihad Airways, Finnair, Tarom, Air Canada, Vietnam Airlines en Thai Airways! Jij komt als grondsteward(ess) (Passenger Employee) te werken op verschillende plekken binnen Schiphol Airport met uiteenlopende werkzaamheden.
