Jij voert de onderhandelingen met grondeigenaren, begeleidt de taxaties en zorgt dat de benodigde grond op tijd verworven is. De provincie probeert die altijd eerst minnelijk aan te kopen; lukt dat niet, dan volgt onteigening. Jij staat aan de lat voor het minnelijke traject en alles wat daarbij komt kijken, van overleg met collega's en onderhandelingen met partijen tot de schriftelijke afhandeling. Je voert namens de provincie zelfstandig onderhandelingen op basis van taxaties, met als doel onroerend goed tijdig te verwerven. Je begeleidt taxatietrajecten, beoordeelt (concept)taxatierapporten en voert overleg met grondeigenaren en andere overheden. Daarnaast bereid je stukken voor interne besluitvorming inhoudelijk voor, schrijf je brieven over aan- en verkoopdossiers en stel je aan-, verkoop- en ruilovereenkomsten op. Een zorgvuldige dossieropbouw hoort daar vanzelfsprekend bij. Je werkt aan meerdere projecten tegelijk en pakt ook ad-hocvragen op, zonder het overzicht en de belangen van het team uit het oog te verliezen.
