Haan Personeelsdiensten zoekt grondwerkers voor verschillende opdrachtgevers in Groningen en omgeving. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, beschikbaarheid en voorkeuren kijken we welke werkzaamheden en werkomgeving bij je passen. Of je nu al ervaring hebt in het grondwerk of het vak verder wilt leren, we bespreken graag de mogelijkheden met je. Als grondwerker ondersteun je bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden op bouwplaatsen en infrastructurele projecten. Je helpt bijvoorbeeld bij het graven en dichten van sleuven, het voorbereiden van de ondergrond en het aanleggen van kabels, leidingen en rioleringen. Ook kun je helpen bij het plaatsen van kolken, het aanbrengen van zand en grond en het opruimen en veilig houden van de werkplek. De precieze werkzaamheden verschillen per project en opdrachtgever. Je werkt samen met machinisten en andere collega's op locatie. Daarbij is het belangrijk dat je veilig werkt, aanwijzingen goed opvolgt en zorgvuldig omgaat met gereedschappen en materialen. Wij vragen - Je hebt interesse in grondwerk en werkzaamheden in de buitenlucht. - Je bent gemotiveerd en bereid om nieuwe werkzaamheden te leren. - Je kunt fysiek werk uitvoeren. - Je werkt zorgvuldig en houdt rekening met de veiligheid op de werkplek. - Je kunt goed samenwerken met collega's. - Ervaring als grondwerker is een pré, maar niet voor iedere opdracht noodzakelijk. - Een rijbewijs B is een pré, afhankelijk van de opdrachtgever. - Aanvullende certificaten, zoals VCA, zijn welkom of kunnen voor bepaalde opdrachten vereist zijn.
