We zijn dagelijks bezig met graafwerk, zand- en grondverzet, riolering aanleggen, funderingen storten en terreinwerk. Of het nu gaat om infrastructuur, een bedrijfsterrein of particuliere tuinen, wij regelen de basis. Samenwerken op locatie betekent: ploeg op plek, machines en handgereedschap, en snel overleggen bij onverwachte problemen. Als iets niet past, lossen we het samen op. En er valt altijd een droge grap: "Grondwerk is net puzzelen… alleen liggen de stukjes onder de grond." Onze opdrachten zijn afwisselend. Van riolering leggen bij nieuwbouw, parkeerterreinen klaarmaken tot opritten en terrassen voor particulieren. Alles wat met grondwerk en terreinwerk te maken heeft, pakken wij aan en zorgen dat het klopt voordat de volgende ploeg overneemt. De Baan Bij ons infra-team begint een werkdag als grondwerker met een kop koffie en een korte werkbespreking. Dan ga je aan de slag met graafwerk en grondverzet: sleuven graven, funderingen voorbereiden, kleine herstelwerkzaamheden doen en stukjes herbestraten. Je staat de kraanmachinist bij door voor te steken en leidingen en kabels te beschermen. Tijdens de aanleg van wegen, riolering en andere GWW-projecten werk je samen met collega's, bedien je machines en gereedschap en zorg je dat alles veilig en efficiënt verloopt. En ja, soms werkt de kraan harder dan wij… maar dat zeggen we natuurlijk niet tegen 'm! Wij zoeken een grondwerker die van aanpakken houdt, graag buiten werkt en plezier heeft in samenwerken. Bij ons duik je letterlijk én figuurlijk de grond in en zie je elke dag het resultaat van je werk.
