Dit aannemingsbedrijf met de vacature van grondwerker regio Bertem voert met eigen medewerkers projecten uit in grondwerken, rioleringswerken, afbraak en tuinaanleg. Het werkt voor particulieren en bedrijven en neemt daarnaast ook aan- en afvoer, waterputten, grondafvoer, loonwerk zoals hooi persen en maaien, en winterdienst met sneeuwruimen en zout strooien op. De onderneming beschikt over een loods en werkt meestal op werven binnen een straal van 30 kilometer rond Bertem. Dagelijks zijn er ongeveer 8 medewerkers op de werven actief, in een team waar collega’s elkaar ondersteunen en nieuwe mensen snel worden ingewerkt. Het bedrijf legt nadruk op zorg en precisie in de uitvoering. De planning wordt georganiseerd met aandacht voor vlotte verplaatsingen en het beperken van files waar mogelijk.

Jobomschrijving

Als grondwerker in regio Bertem voer je grond-, riolerings-, afbraak- en aanlegwerken uit op verschillende werven.

  • Je voert graafwerken uit voor regenwater, riolering en bekabeling, en je helpt bij het plaatsen van waterputten.
  • Je legt boordstenen, klinkers en andere bestrating, en je werkt ook met L-profielen waar nodig.
  • Je werkt afwisselend manueel en met machines zoals een minigraver, kraan, knikmops of camion, afhankelijk van de planning en de werf.
  • Je helpt bij afbraakwerken, zoals het slopen van constructies, en je stemt daarbij af met collega’s en onderaannemers.
  • Je maakt tuinen en terreinen klaar voor aanleg, voert grond af en zorgt mee voor aan- en afvoer van materialen zoals stabilisé.
  • Je vertrekt vanuit het depot of gaat rechtstreeks naar de werf, en je ondersteunt je ploeg bij alles wat nodig is om de werken vlot te laten verlopen.
