Grondwerker Zendel | Nieuwleusen Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Werken aan de aanleg van nutsvoorzieningen (kabels, riolering, leidingen) die onmisbaar zijn voor het woongenot van mensen en onze economie. Als grondwerker assisteer jij als we gaan graven met de kraan. Jij voorkomt schades aan kabels en leidingen en werkt samen met de kraanmachinist om het project tot een goed einde te brengen. Ook kan je mee met onze boorploeg. Je ondersteunt dan de boormeester bij het uitvoeren van horizontaal gestuurde boringen. Over de functie Als gemotiveerde grondwerker ben je bij ons de held van de dag! Je zorgt ervoor dat onze projecten op rolletjes lopen door de grondwerkzaamheden van A tot Z te regelen. Van het graven van sleuven tot het aanleggen van rioleringen en het dicht straten van de weg, jij draait er je hand niet voor om. Je werkt samen met een leuk team en zorgt ervoor dat alles strak en netjes wordt opgeleverd. - Graven, egaliseren en verdichten van grond (dat klinkt moeilijk, maar jij kunt het!)); - Aanleggen en onderhouden van rioleringen en afwateringssystemen; - Voorbereiden van bouwterreinen en alle grondwerkzaamheden die daarbij horen; - Bedienen van gave machines zoals graafmachines en shovels; - Handmatige graafwerkzaamheden uitvoeren en machinisten helpen; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkplek en je aan de regels houden; - Communiceren met je collega's en klanten om het werk soepel te laten verlopen; - Eventuele problemen signaleren en oplossen; - Onderhoud van de materialen en machines die je gebruikt. Wat vragen wij van jou - Je hebt een geldig VCA-certificaat of bent bereid dit te halen; - Rijbewijs B (en BE is helemaal top!)); - Je bent fit, want je werkt veel buiten in weer en wind; - Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden en kunt problemen oplossen.
