Als vakman GWW voorman werk je actief mee op de bouwplaats en stuur je tegelijkertijd het team aan. Je combineert uitvoerend werk met verantwoordelijkheid voor planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je werkt aan diverse infraprojecten zoals wegen, rioleringen en woonwijken:

- Uitvoeren van grond-, straat- en rioleringswerkzaamheden - Aansturen van collega’s en verdelen van dagelijkse werkzaamheden - Bewaken van planning, voortgang en kwaliteit van het werk - Organiseren van dag starts en zorgen voor duidelijke werkafspraken - Toezien op veilig werken volgens geldende richtlijnen - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten op de bouwplaats - Afstemmen met uitvoerder en werkvoorbereiding over het project

Aan welke eisen jij voldoet?

- Ervaring als vakman GWW en klaar voor de stap naar voorman, of al ervaring als voorman; - Beschikt over technisch inzicht en kunt werken vanaf tekening; - In het bezit van VCA (VOL) of bereid deze te behalen; - In het bezit van rijbewijs B; - Fulltime beschikbaar en flexibel inzetbaar; - Ervaring met het aansturen van collega’s op de bouwplaats; - Beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt veilig; - Sterk in samenwerken en communiceren met collega’s en uitvoerders; - Een echte aanpakker met doorzettingsvermogen.
