Grootboek Administrateur bij NWO, de wetenschapsfinancier van Nederland - vacature 4831 - Den Haag - 32 - 38 uren - hbo - van € 3.802,00 tot € 5.241,00 Samen werken we aan een moderne, betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige financiële administratie. Wil jij een bijdrage leveren om de basis te verstevigen en verder te bouwen? Door o.a. ideeën aan te dragen voor procesverbetering en verdere digitalisering? Wat ga je doen? Een groot deel van je functie als Grootboek Administrateur bestaat uit de verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare en actuele financiële administratie. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het grootboek, ondersteunt collega's bij financieel-administratieve vraagstukken en speelt een belangrijke rol tijdens de maand-, trimester- en jaarafsluiting. Behalve de regulier dagelijkse werkzaamheden als verwerken en controleren van grootboekmutaties, memoriaalboekingen, declaraties, betaalvoorstellen en subsidieboekingen draag je ook periodiek bij aan het opstellen van balansspecificaties, verzorgen van btw- en IB47-aangiften en het uitvoeren van WKR-analyses. Ook ben je aanspreekpunt voor financieel-administratieve vraagstukken, ondersteunt de accountant tijdens de jaarrekeningcontrole en neemt actief deel aan werkgroepen en verbeterprojecten binnen Finance. Daarbij kun je denken aan - verdere optimalisatie van e-facturatie; - onderzoek naar een nieuwe declaratiemodule; - verbeteren en automatiseren van financiële processen; - ontwikkelen van dashboards op basis van financiële data; - slimmer inzetten van data om werkzaamheden verder te automatiseren; - verhogen van de kwaliteit van financiële informatie. Je krijgt de ruimte om actief mee te denken én verbeteringen daadwerkelijk te realiseren. Binnen het grootboekteam bouwen we aan een brede inzetbaarheid, waarbij collega's kennis delen, elkaar vervangen waar nodig en samen verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het totale proces.
