Als keukenoperator ben je de rechterhand van de teamleader in de warme keuken. Je helpt mee om alle bereidingen correct en op tijd klaar te krijgen.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Je volgt zelfstandig recepten en bereidt verschillende gerechten en componenten.
  • Je bedient machines zoals de kookketel, menger, afvulmachine en combi-stoomovens.
  • Je controleert grondstoffen op kwaliteit en zet ingrediënten correct klaar.
  • Je controleert temperaturen, etiketteert halffabricaten en boekt producten af in het computersysteem.
  • Je reinigt de machines tussen en na de producties volgens de hygiënevoorschriften.

Wanneer nodig help je ook de keukenmedewerkers en neem je bepaalde taken van hen over.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je hebt ervaring of een opleiding als kok, grootkeukenmedewerker, traiteurmedewerker, slager of keukenoperator.

Je kunt zelfstandig recepten volgen en werkt nauwkeurig met hoeveelheden en gewichten.

Je bent technisch aangelegd en leert vlot werken met verschillende industriële keukenmachines.

Je spreekt, leest en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands.

Je bent verantwoordelijk, stressbestendig en flexibel.
