Samen met een hecht, gespecialiseerd team wissel je de motoren van onze Boeing 777- en 787-vloot: de GE90 en de GEnx. Met jouw technische kennis, ervaring en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zorg je dat een vliegtuig na een motorwissel weer veilig en op tijd het netwerk in kan.Ben jij een ervaren Ground Engineer met een AML B1? Of ben jij Aircraft Mechanic en beschik je over een AML B1 en minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring? Dan ligt hier een mooie volgende stap voor je. Wat ga je doen? Als Ground Engineer in het Motor Wissel Team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de complete motorwissel: van het uitbouwen van de oude motor tot het proefdraaien en vrijgeven van het vliegtuig. Het team voert zo'n 40 motorwissels per jaar uit, gepland en ongepland. Geen wissel is hetzelfde: motoren worden in verschillende configuraties aangeleverd en onderweg kom je bevindingen tegen die je samen met Engineering en Engine Services oplost. Verder: • bouw je motoren uit en in op de Boeing 777 (GE90) en 787 (GEnx) en begeleid je deze werkzaamheden vaktechnisch;• zorg je dat werkzaamheden volgens de geldende specificaties en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd;• voer je het proefdraaien en de bijbehorende checks uit;• geef je het vliegtuig vrij met een Certificate of Release to Service;• spring je bij waar nodig wanneer er geen motorwissel loopt;• denk je mee over het verbetere...
