Een grasmat waarop iedere fout tijdens een wedstrijd zichtbaar wordt, vraagt om ander onderhoud dan een regulier sportveld. In Utrecht zorg je samen met ervaren groundsmen dat stadion- en trainingsvelden iedere training en wedstrijd op het juiste niveau liggen. Je werkt met specialistische machines, krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid voor de veldkwaliteit en ziet jouw werk terug op het hoogste niveau van het Nederlandse voetbal. Funtieomschrijving Je werkt binnen een gespecialiseerd sportveldenteam dat verantwoordelijk is voor de velden van een professionele voetbalorganisatie in Utrecht. Het werk vindt plaats op zowel het stadionveld als verschillende trainingsvelden, waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en bespeelbaarheid dagelijks worden bewaakt. Je werkt met ervaren vakspecialisten, modern sportveldmaterieel en krijgt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in professioneel gras- en veldbeheer. Functie-eisen Ervaring met sportveldonderhoud, greenkeeping, groundsmanwerk of professioneel grasbeheer Kennis van natuurgras, maaien en onderhoud van intensief gebruikte grasvelden Rijbewijs B en BE, waarbij rijbewijs T een sterke pré is Bereidheid om rondom wedstrijden ook 's avonds en in weekenden te werken Mbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting fieldmanagement, greenkeeping of groen Zelfstandige en nauwkeurige werkhouding met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel Wij bieden Salaris van €3.000 tot €3.800 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en vakkennis Een baan tot 38 uur per week met uitzicht op een langdurig dienstverband 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag Toeslagen voor overwerk en afwijkende werktijden volgens de geldende arbeidsvoorwaarden Werken met specialistische machines en professioneel sportveldonderhoud op topniveau Begeleiding van ervaren groundsmen en mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen in fieldmanagement Over Proflex Dagelijks onderhouden en verzorgen van natuurgrasvelden Maaien, beluchten, bemesten en
