The posting

Voor een groeiende internationale organisatie in de IT- en SAP-sector zijn we op zoek naar een Group Accountant. In deze rol maak je deel uit van het accountingteam en werk je nauw samen met de Group Accounting Manager en het bredere Finance-team.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische, internationale omgeving waar ruimte is voor zelfstandigheid, initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. De organisatie is sterk aan het groeien, zowel organisch als door overnames. Hierdoor krijg je de kans om actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de financiële processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Group Accountant ben je betrokken bij verschillende aspecten van de financiële administratie en rapportering:

  • Je werkt mee aan de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen van verschillende groepsentiteiten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij financiële rapportering voor management en groepsconsolidatie.
  • Je neemt deel aan de dagelijkse accountingactiviteiten, waaronder AP/AR, grootboekboekhouding en reconciliaties.
  • Je bewaakt de juistheid, volledigheid en tijdige verwerking van financiële gegevens.
  • Je ondersteunt de financiële integratie van nieuw overgenomen ondernemingen in de bestaande boekhoudprocessen en systemen.
  • Je werkt mee aan Finance-projecten rond procesoptimalisatie, systeemverbeteringen en het verhogen van de kwaliteit van rapporteringen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe financiële processen efficiënter en schaalbaarder kunnen worden georganiseerd.

We zoeken een accountant met een stevige technische basis, een hands-on mentaliteit en de ambitie om verder te groeien binnen een internationale organisatie.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen accounting, bij voorkeur in een internationale of multi-entiteitenomgeving.
  • Ervaring als dossierbeheerder bij een groter accountantskantoor en ervaring met middelgrote ondernemingen kan eveneens relevant zijn.
  • Een sterke kennis van Excel, waaronder draaitabellen, lookups en het werken met grotere datasets.
  • Ervaring met ERP- en boekhoudsystemen; kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Een vlotte omgang met digitale tools en het vermogen om nieuwe systemen snel aan te leren.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl, gecombineerd met een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak.
  • Een leergierige ingesteldheid en interesse om mee te groeien met een organisatie in volle ontwikkeling.
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een plus.
