Ben jij een ervaren Financieel Administrateur (m/v/x) die energie krijgt van structuur aanbrengen, processen optimaliseren en het verder professionaliseren van financiële administraties? Voor een groeiende organisatie in De Meern zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en proactieve Financieel Administrateur die een belangrijke rol wil spelen binnen een veranderende financiële omgeving.<

Deze organisatie is actief binnen een dynamische zakelijke dienstverlening en bevindt zich in een fase waarin meerdere financiële administraties worden samengebracht binnen één centrale financiële afdeling. Hierdoor krijg je als Financieel Administrateur in De Meern de kans om niet alleen de dagelijkse administratie te beheren, maar ook actief bij te dragen aan de verdere inrichting en optimalisatie van processen.<

Wat ga je doen?<

Als Financieel Administrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, volledige en actuele financiële administratie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken en boeken van facturen en betalingen in AFAS
  • Beheren van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie
  • Opstellen van financiële overzichten en rapportages
  • Verwerken van banktransacties
  • Controleren van grootboek- en tussenrekeningen
  • Opstellen en controleren van betaalvoorstellen
  • Ondersteunen bij een correcte en tijdige maandafsluiting
  • Opstellen en verwerken van journaalposten
  • Actief bijdragen aan het intern onderbrengen van meerdere financiële administraties

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Finance Manager en werkt binnen een financieel team dat de komende periode verder wordt uitgebreid.<
