Door de toenemende behoefte aan datagedreven sturing en verdere professionalisering van (Group) Business Control speel jij een belangrijke rol in het verbinden van finance, data en business. Een functie voor professionals die verder kijken dan de cijfers alleen en impact willen maken op prestaties, processen en strategische keuzes. In deze rol van (Group) Business Controller ben je de financiële sparringpartner voor directie en management. Je analyseert prestaties, signaleert kansen en risico's en vertaalt complexe data naar heldere inzichten waarmee de organisatie kan sturen. Je beweegt je tussen finance en de verschillende landenorganisaties en helpt om de financiële prestaties inzichtelijk en voorspelbaar te maken. Daarbij draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Business Control binnen TAUW. En verder: - Je ondersteunt directie en management met heldere analyses, stuurinformatie en adviezen over rendement, risico's en prestaties; - Je ontwikkelt forecasts, KPI-rapportages en managementinformatie waarmee tijdig kan worden bijgestuurd; - Je analyseert afwijkingen, maakt deze bespreekbaar en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties; - Je draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Business Control binnen de organisatie; - Je optimaliseert processen, rapportages en datakwaliteit en benut daarbij moderne BI- en AI-oplossingen.
