* Erstellung und Prüfung der konsolidierten Jahresabschlüsse, einschließlich Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie Cashflow-Analysen * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Rechnungslegungsstandards (z. B. IFRS) und regulatorischen Vorschriften * Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Pflege von Rechnungslegungsrichtlinien für die Konsolidierung sowie Anleitung der Tochtergesellschaften * Überwachung von konzerninternen Transaktionen und Abstimmung der Salden zwischen den Tochtergesellschaften im Konsolidierungsprozess * Aufbau und Erhalt effektiver interner Kontrollen im Konsolidierungsprozess, um die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit der Finanzdaten zu gewährleisten * Pflege von Änderungen im Konsolidierungssystem (z. B. Anpassungen bei Hierarchien, Konten, Kostenstellen und Wechselkursen) * Unterstützung bei geschäftlichen Analysen, etwa für Ad-hoc-Kostenoptimierungen und Investitionsentscheidungen

Skills

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und/oder Wirtschaft * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle; idealerweise Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Beratung bei einer global führenden Firma (Big 4) * Anerkannte Qualifikation im Finanzwesen (z.B. ACCA, CIMA oder ähnlich) * Hervorragende Excel-Kenntnisse; zusätzliche Erfahrung mit SAP und LucaNet von Vorteil * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse * Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgezeichnete Planungs- und Organisationskompetenz * Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative * Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten
