The posting

Als Group Controller vorm je de rechterhand van de Group CFO en combineer je transactionele finance (30%) met projectmatig werken (70%).

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Maand- en jaarafsluitingen van de Belgische vennootschappen.
  • Het verwerken van complexe boekingen, waaronder voorraadboekingen en fiscale berekeningen.
  • De voorbereiding en begeleiding van interne en externe audits.
  • Het uitwerken en opvolgen van transfer pricing.
  • Het schrijven van queries en het optimaliseren van financiële rapporteringen.
  • Het implementeren en verbeteren van financiële systemen en rapporteringstools.
  • Het begeleiden van internationale ERP- en financeprojecten binnen verschillende Europese vestigingen.
  • Het ondersteunen van buitenlandse finance teams waar nodig, inclusief sporadische internationale verplaatsingen.

Must haves

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma binnen een economische of financiële richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen audit, controlling of finance, idealiter aangevuld met ervaring in accounting.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met IT, ERP-systemen en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je begrijpt boekhouding voldoende om complexe dossiers zelfstandig op te nemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Engels en hebt geen schrik om Frans te spreken
  • Je bent bereid om, wanneer projecten of situaties daarom vragen, internationaal te reizen binnen Europa.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een Big Four-kantoor.
  • Ervaring met ERP-implementaties of financiële softwareprojecten.
  • Kennis van SQL of het schrijven van queries.
  • Ervaring met reportingtools of BI-oplossingen.
